This young family wanted more than just a new build investment. 

With multi-generational living in mind and an eye on future resale, every decision needed to strike the right balance between liveability, longevity, and return on investment.

The site itself came with its share of challenges: steep fall, limited access, and a council easement restricting one side. Our approach was to design better, not bigger. Curating a layout that improved access and felt effortless to move through, while maintaining the sweeping city views as the focal point.

Through our Signature Design Experience, we orchestrated every choice with clarity and confidence. Each material and fixture selected carefully balanced with the built form, to elevate the home’s aesthetic while maintaining commercial sensibility. 

The result, resolved home that captures the city skyline from both levels, accommodates family living with ease, and quietly builds long term value for the owners.
