Full Raise, Relocate, Build-in and Internal Renovation of a 1910 Queenslander 

A busy professional family of 4, who wanted more space and a home that felt like theirs

Being a 1910 Queenslander, a few things we had to keep in mind:  

- Character Code requirements meant we had to think outside the box with the look of the front of the home 

- Being sympathetic to the existing home, and all the elements the owners originally fell in love with 

- Upgrading certain parts of the existing home like the electrical, to make sure it grows with the family

- Space for their future boat, that doesn't take away from the aesthetic of the home
